Operation with HSComm
Use the software HSComm to easily configure the INSYS Modem 56k small EU 2.1.
HSComm offers an interface for the parameters of the most important AT com-
mands of the INSYS Modem 56k small EU 2.1. The operation is mostly self-
explanatory. You can download the software from the INSYS MICROELECTRONICS
homepage (www.insys-tec.de).

How to configure the INSYS Modem 56k small EU 2.1 with the software
HSComm.
The INSYS Modem 56k small EU 2.1 is connected to the PC and switched on.
The software HSComm Modem is installed on the PC.

Start the program HSComm Modem.
The program starts.
A message window "Read settings..." is displayed.
The program will now search for a connected INSYS Modem 56k small EU
2.1 and will attempt to read the settings.
After a short time, the settings are read out. A status message "Settings
read." appears.

Click OK in the status message.

Enter the required settings.

Afterwards, click on Send (page 26, Figure 5, position 21).
A dialog box with the message "Modem settings are sent" is displayed.
The entered settings are sent to the INSYS Modem 56k small EU 2.1 and
stored.
