7.7.2 Saving a Configuration Locally
Configurations can be saved as a file that can be stored independently from the Draco MV. The following
settings contained in the Draco MV configuration at the time of saving is saved to a file with the extension
.dmc
:
•
System settings (System, Network. Date and Time, Display Options)
•
Input & Output Controls (Input Control, Output Control)
•
User Settings (User)
To save a configuration file locally, proceed as follows:
1. Click
File > Save As
in the menu bar.
2. Enter a name for the configuration.
3. Select the directory of the configuration on your storage medium where the configuration should be
saved.

Locally saved configurations files can be opened in the management software (see chapter 7.7.3,
page 132), be uploaded to the Draco MV (see chapter 7.7.3, page 132) and be used as active configuration
(see chapter 7.7.3, page 132) in the system.
