4807 TERMINAL BOARD
The 4807/2307 Terminal Board shown in Figure 2-13 is a convenient way
to connect signals to the Analog-Digital I/O connector. The 4807/2307
Terminal Board Assembly mates with the 4807, 2307, 4867 and 2367. It
can be used for bench top testing or in a host chassis where the ease of
connection is required.
The 4807/2307 Terminal Board has clearly labeled screw-type terminal
strips that accept wire sizes up to 22 AWG. Referring to Figure 2-13, the
terminals in the upper left corner are for the thermocouples inputs. To the
right are the analog input terminals and the D/A output terminals. The
Relay Driver terminals are along the right hand side of the terminal board.
The two screw terminal block has the external reset and ground lines. The
terminals along the bottom side of the board are the Digital I/O lines.
Thermocouples can be used with the 4807/2307 Terminal Board but their
temperature readings may show an additional 0.1 or 0.2 degree variation.
For best results keep the sections of the terminal board and the 4807 with
the thermocouple signals insulated from temperature changes.
