Launch the SERkybd program by double clicking on it. Click the
Configure Ports button to select the COM port and the baud rate.
Use 9600 baud for new units. Return to the main form when done.

Verify communication with the unit by entering *IDN? in the
Device Command window and clicking the Send button. The unit's
IDN message will be displayed in the Device Response window.

At this point you enter the SCPI command and value to set or
control the desired IO function. Refer to the default settings in
Table 1-3. When you have all of the functions running correctly,
you can set them to the desired power turn-on values and then save
the settings with the *SAV 0 command.
Watch the red ERR LED closely when manually entering commands.
If it comes on, you made a command error. Clear the ERR LED by
querying the ESR Register (*ESR?) or with the clear command
(*CLS) before resending the unit the command.
