Step 4: Reviewing Connections
Ensure all connections to the unit are complete, including the attachment of
the modem to the RS-232 ports and LAN connectors.
Step 5: Attaching the Power Cord
a.
ATTENTION: Read the number on the voltage switch. If the
number on the switch:
• Matches the voltage range for your area, you are ready to attach the
power cord to your unit.
• Does not match the voltage range for your area, reset the voltage
setting by sliding the switch to the left or right until you see the
setting that is correct for your area.
b. Plug the AC power cord into the properly installed outlet.
Refer to Figure 20 and attach the AC power cord.

Step 6: Verifying the Boot Sequence and LED States
Refer to Figure 21 to locate the Start/Stop button, the Test and the Ready
LEDs.
