FULL ACOUSTIC BRIDGE
To adjust the action, use your fingers to turn the adjustment spin-
ners (Fig. 52 A) located at the left and right ends of the bridge.
(This cannot be adjusted independently for each string.)
To adjust the intonation, move the location of the entire bridge
(Fig. 52 B) so that the intonation of all strings is approximately cor-
rect. Before making this adjustment, you must loosen all strings
completely, and take care that the bridge does not fall over.
When you replace the strings, replace them one by one rather than
removing all strings at once. This will prevent the bridge location
from shifting, and will avoid sudden changes in the tension applied
to the neck.
FULL ACOUSTIC TAILPIECE
The full acoustic guitar tailpiece has a tension adjustment mecha-
nism for strings 1~3 and for strings 4~6. Tightening the adjustment
knob (Fig. 53) will lower the tailpiece, increasing the string tension
and stiffening the string touch.
FULL ACOUSTIC STRAP BUTTON
Full acoustic guitars do not have a strap button installed on the
neck side of the instrument. If you would like to install one, please
contact your dealer or Ibanez.
FREE LOCK 2 STRAP BUTTON
Fasten the insert to the strap as shown in Figure 54. To attach it to
the guitar or to remove it, turn the tab of the insert in the direction
of the arrow.
