Tremolo arm
The tremolo arm employs a snap-in/snap-out method whereby it
can be easily attached and removed. When installing it (Fig. 43),
press it firmly into the arm socket until it clicks (Fig. 44, 45). Then,
tighten the torque adjustment screws (Fig. 46) and make sure that
the arm is not loose.
String height adjustment
Turn the stud bolts on the right and left sides of the tremolo body
(Fig. 47 A) and adjust the height up and down of the whole tremolo
(this cannot be adjusted for each individual string).
Intonation adjustment
Remove the intonation adjustment bolts (Fig. 48 C) stored in the
bridge unit, tighten them in the screw holes at the rear of the
saddle so that the bolt tips touch the bridge unit wall. Loosen the
saddle lock bolt (Fig. 47 B), turn the intonation adjustment bolts
and adjust the saddle position. After adjustment, tighten the saddle
lock bolts sufficiently so that the saddles do not move to the front
during tuning and put the intonation adjustment bolts together in
the bridge unit.
