4.1.3 OM_M [Bit Memory : For General]
OM_M is a bit memory that is free for use in purpose of e.g. each types of contacts and coils.
There are 3072 points available from M0 to M3071.
4.1.4 OM_LM [Bit Memory : For Retention]
OM_LM is a bit memory that retains data even in power shutoff. Use in the same manner as M is
available and there are 256 points available from LM0 to LM255. As a process to retain data is is
to be executed after one scan of the ladder program is completed, it is necessary to be aware
that the data just before the power shutoff may be different from the retained data depending on
the timing of the power shutoff.
4.1.5 OM_AM [Bit Memory : For Axis Control Command Assignment]
RCON-LC is capable to have the maximum number of connectable axis at 16 axes. When Axis
Control Command in DFC Command is indicated to all of the 16 axes in the direct numerical mode,
it is necessary to occupy 256 (number of bit OM points necessary for direct numerical indication
assignment) * 16 (number of axes) = 4096 points of bit memories. As the number of axes is not
enough with the existing M only, we newly prepared AM for RCON-LC. There are 4096 points
available from AM0 to AM 4095. Although it is named as that for the axis control command, it is
available for use in the same manner as M (general bit memories).
