General Install Details;
•
Top telescopic bracket to team up with the top hang bracket of a gate or barrier to give a
trough lip height of 760mm - typical beef height .
•
Additional post brackets are required for the clamping bottom telescopic brackets.
•
Fix trough into position using fittings supplied, refer to ‘ trough bracket fixing detail ’ (below).
VisorDrink® troughs are post mounted on standard AG - fit posts utilising standard post brackets,
see 3.2. Bracket Assembly on page 7. See Fig 48 (below) for standard telescopic brackets typical
set - up or Fig 50 on page 23 for extended telescopic brackets typical set - up.

Trough Lengths Available
Trough Bracket Fixing Detail.
1. Insert bolt and washer inside slot in
telescopic bracket.
2. Slide bracket into trough rail.
3. Use the bolt and washer, formed plate
and nyloc nut to fix trough in position.
The formed plate should sit over the top
rail to clamp in place as shown in Fig 49.
