Before making connections, make sure the
following preparations have been made.

1. When starting and closing Windows, and when restarting, etc., do not connect
the exclusive parallel cable for the HyperHyde to the computer. (Connect the
parallel cable and use it after starting the personal computer.) Connect the
HyperHyde after Windows has been fully started.
2. Printing with the printer cannot be done during recording with the HyperHyde,
so exercise caution.
Catch hold of the edge of the rubber cover
with your fingernail, etc. and open the cover.
(Be careful not to scratch any other parts
when opening the rubber cover.
The rubber cover is fastened at the top.)

Connect the large connector end of the
parallel cable to the personal computer’s
parallel port (printer port). Insert it fully so that
it is tight, then tighten the screws on the left
and right sides.
See your computer’s operation manual for the
location of the connector on your computer. If
it is difficult to insert the connector, check the
orientation of the connector.
Connect to the personal computer.
Recording to the HyperHyde
