A.13 AVVERTENZE
SUPPLEMENTARI PER
RADIOCOMANDO

Le gru che vengono movimentate
tramite radiocomando presentano i
rischi specifici legati a movimentazione
interrotta, errata, o imprevista della
macchina e a pericoli elettrici.
I rischi sono legati a:

 targhe dei comandi non conformi

 errata taratura delle manovre

interferenze elettromagnetiche da
radiofrequenza

 eccessiva distanza tra trasmittente e

ricevente

 danneggiamento dei dispositivi interni

ed esterni del radiocomando
(interruttori, potenziometri, circuiteria
varia, ecc.)

utilizzo al di fuori delle condizioni di

servizio prescritte (temperatura,
condizioni meteorologiche ecc.)

incontrollata azionamento dei
comandi sulla trasmittente dovuta a
urti, cadute, schiacciamenti delle leve
del radiocomando stesso, utilizzo da
persone non autorizzate

mancata alimentazione proveniente
dalle batterie della trasmittente

 manomissione dei dispositivi

 errore umano

 contatto con componenti in tensione

all’’interno del radiocomando

 AVVERTENZE

- Prima di iniziare i lavori assicurarsi

che la gru operi con nelle condizioni
ammesse per l’esercizio: temperatura,
umidità, condizioni meteorologiche,
ecc. (vedi manuale avvertenze, uso e
manutenzione specifico della gru)

- Assicurarsi al primo utilizzo che le

etichette applicate sul joystick della
trasmittente riproducano fedelmente
la simbologia delle rispettive leve sul
distributore.

- Prima di operare con la gru muovere

sempre i joystick con estrema cautela
verificando, che:

 la direzione dei comandi rispetti

quanto riportato negli adesivi

il pulsante d’emergenza funzioni

correttamente

la velocità dei movimenti della gru

venga comandata proporzionalmente
e gradatamente con l'escursione dei
joystick

A.13 SUPPLEMENTARY
WARNINGS FOR RADIO
REMOTE CONTROL

There are specific hazards when
operating the crane using a remote
control unit caused by unexpected,
interrupted or incorrect movement and
electric hazards.
The hazards are associated with the
following:

 incorrect control panel indications

 incorrect calibration of movements

electromagnetic radio frequency
interference

excessive distance between
transmitter and receiver

damage to internal and external radio

control devices (switches,
potentiometers, circuitry, etc.)

using the unit under conditions other

than the prescribed ones
(temperature, weather conditions,
etc.)

 uncontrolled use of the transmitter

controls due to impact, falls, crushing
of levers and use by unauthorised
personnel

failed power supply from the
transmitter batteries

 tampering with devices

 human error

contact with live internal radio control

unit components

 WARNINGS

- Before starting work check that the

crane will operate under the
conditions permitting use:
temperature, humidity, weather
conditions etc. (see the user,
maintenance and warnings manual for
the crane).

- Check that the labels applied to the

joystick on the transmitter are the
same as the indications on the control
valve levers.

- Before starting work with the crane

move the joystick slowly and
delicately to check that:

the direction of the controls is the

same as that indicated on the labels

the emergency stop button is

functioning correctly

the speeds of the crane movements

are controlled proportionally and
gradually by the travel of the joysticks
