The Maximum PID Deviation Level (OD)
(1) It is possible to establish the maximum deviation level o029 on PID control. When the PID
deviation amount reaches the set level o029, it is possible to output OD(PID Max deviation) in
an intelligent output.
(2) o029 can be set from 0 to 100.0 % and corresponds with the command : from 0 to maximum
value.
