1SN
The 1 SN high-pressure hose has a
steel mesh insert and, on the inside,
is is made of oil-resistant synthetic
rubber and, on the outside of wear
and weather resistant synthetic rub-
ber according to DIN EN 853 1SN
and SAE 100 R1S.
2TE
The 2TE hydraulic hose lines have
a reinforcement made of a high-
strength textile mesh according to
DIN EN 854.
AQUAMICRON
The filter elements of the AQUAMI-
CRON series are characterized by
their high dust holding capacity of
the glass fiber layers used and a
high water retention capacity. The
glass fiber structure and the pleated
design of the elements make a high
flow rate possible and, through that,
high dedusting speeds due to the
high circulation rate and a constant
level of purity over the process cy-
cle at high and low dust ingress
rates and also a low differential
pressure at start. The Aquamicron
filter elements bind the water in
through a chemical reaction. The
reaction is irreversible, that means
that the water is also retained in the
filter element at increasing pres-
sure.
Cleanliness classes
Depending on the requirements and
the sensor, the cleanliness classes
of the solids contamination in the
fluid are given according to ISO,
SAE or NAS.
Condition Monitoring
Condition Monitoring (German Zus-
tandsüberwachung) is based on a
regular or continuous capture of the
status information through mea-
surement and analysis via ma-
chines, systems and their compo-
nents, with the aim of conducting
predictive maintenance programs
based on the system condition (pre-
dictive maintenance).
ContaminationSensor
The ContaminationSensor is for the
continuous recording of the solids
contamination in fluids. The version
of the cleanliness class is given ac-
cording to ISO/SAE or ISO/NAS.
