6.4.3 Connecting filter units with a power plug for 400
V AC, 3 phases
The 400 V AC, 3 phase version of the filter unit is equipped
with a main switch, motor protection and connection plug.
Connect the filter unit according to the following steps.
1.
Remove the connector cable from its holder and unwind
it completely.
2.
Before plugging in the power plug, make sure that the
main switch is in the 0 or OFF position.
3.
Check that the voltage and frequency are correct. You
will find the electrical data of the filter unit on the name
plate of the electric motor.
4.
Plug the power plug into a suitable power outlet.
5.
Check the direction of rotation of the electric motor by
switching it on briefly (jog mode). The direction of rota-
tion required is indicated by an arrow on the fan cover.
6.
If the direction of rotation needs to be changed, this can
be done by turning the phase inverter in the connection
plug as per the adjacent figure.
7.
Switch the filter unit on at the main switch.

The motor pump assembly begins to turn. The direc-
tion of rotation is according to the arrow on the fan
cover of the electric motor.
8.
Switch the filter unit off at the main switch.
