Malfunction
Cause(s)
Rectification
The
ContaminationSensor
displays high
values.
The vane pump
draws in air. The
suction hose is
positioned above
the oil level.
Push the suction
hose deeper into
the tank, be-
neath the oil
level.
The vane pump
draws in air. The
quick coupling is
possibly not
firmly tightened.
Check the quick
connect coupling
for leaks.
Air is being
mixed in the
tank.
The pressure
hose or the pres-
sure lance is po-
sitioned above
the level of the
oil. Dip the pres-
sure lance into
the oil.
The viscosity of
the fluid to be
conveyed is too
high.
Take note of the
permitted viscos-
ity.
The preload
pressure to the
ContaminationSensor
of 6...10 bar is
not available.
Check the differ-
ential pressure
relief valve.
Screw a pres-
sure gauge into
the G1/4" con-
nection of the
ContaminationSensor
.
The flow via the
ContaminationSensor
is too low.
The Contamina-
tionSensor or
the pre-filter is
Check the pre-
filter to the
ContaminationSensor
. Clean or re-
place the pre-
filter.
