GENERAL PROCEDURES

Workshop Manual Ed. 07-2012

- Remove the saddle as described in the relevant paragraph.

- Remove the left-hand side panel as described in the relevant paragraph.

- Using an 8 mm T-wrench on the outside and a 10 mm T-wrench on the inside,

remove the silencer (4) retaining screw (1).

- Remove the spring (2) and the screw (3) using an 8 mm T-wrench; slide out

the silencer (4).

- Disconnect the Lambda sensor connector (7) and shear the wiring clips (TE-

TXC).
