ENGINE DISASSEMBLY

Workshop Manual Ed. 07-2012

Oil pump disassembly

- Loosen the screws (1) using a 4 mm Allen wrench and remove pump body

(2) and gasket.

- Remove the pump rotors (3) and (4) and extract the drive pin (5) to release

the gear (6).

- Remove drive gear (7) and oil suction stub (8).

Make sure to align the rotor dots (9) on assembly.
