Step 2 Close Low pressure gauge 1 valve, and open other pressure gauge valves.
Step 3 Open the vacuum pump to charge refrigerant oil to the cooling system. Close the
vacuum pump when the charging is done.

5.2.3 Vacuumizing
Prerequisites
NO TICE
● Before vacuumizing the cooling system, ensure that the refrigerant pipes have
passed the air tightness test and do not leak.
● Before vacuumizing the cooling system, ensure that all connectors are secured.
● System high pressure may occur if the cooling system is not vacuumized or is
not thoroughly vacummized. Ensure that the cooling system is thoroughly
vacummized before refrigerant is charged.
