IMPORTANT:
When you disconnect a Cloud Bank store from a StoreOnce System:
• If the store is encrypted, be sure that you have exported the Encryption Key before
disconnecting. The key is required for Connect (Read Only) or Connect (Read Write) on another
system.
• For the first 24 hours, you can only connect to the store Read Only.
• If you do not Connect (Read Write) to this store within 60 days after disconnecting, the store no
longer permits connections from any StoreOnce System. The data can no longer be recovered.
Exporting the Cloud Bank Store Encryption Key
Export the encryption key used on the Cloud Bank Catalyst store to create a backup.
Procedure

Export Encryption Key

Enter a password to be used for encrypting the key.
The encryption key is displayed in an encoded string. Copy and paste this key, and save it locally for
future use.
Viewing the SSL Certificate of the Cloud Service Provider
You can view the details of a self-signed SSL certificate. Details of a CA-authenticated SSL certificate are
not available.

Editing the store permissions
You can set the Physical Data Size Quota and Logical Data Size Quota (on the
Store Details
tab) to use
in conjunction with Client-Permissions. This allows you to effectively define how much space a particular
user is allowed to use on the StoreOnce System. This is useful with many users using the same system
and you wish to control how much disk space is available to individual users.
Prerequisites
Only administrators can edit the store permissions.
