Procedure

Back up all data.

If installed,

remove the security bezel

3. Power down the server

Remove all power:

Disconnect each power cord from the power source.

Disconnect each power cord from the server.

5. Remove all non-hot-plug drives

Do one of the following:

•

Extend the server from the rack

•

Remove the server from the rack

7. Remove the access panel

Disconnect the cables from the system board.
