Adding a Group Quota
To add a group quota:
1. In Command View NAS, click the Storage tab.
2. Under File Volumes, select Quotas.
3. Expand the desired File Volume.
4. Select Group Quotas - Default.
5. Select Actions > Add Group Quota.
6. Select a Domain Name and Group Name from the drop-down lists.
7. Enter the following information.
— Either check the Use Default Quota Limits box, or uncheck the box and
type in the values of the soft and hard limits. See Understanding Quotas
on page 126 for an explanation of soft and hard limits.
— Enter the email address of the person to notify when the quota space is
reached.
8. Click OK to add the quota.
Repeat steps 4 through 8 for any additional quotas you want to add.
Note: The grace period for the default group quota is automatically applied to all
group quotas.
Editing a Group Quota
To edit a group quota:
1. In Command View NAS, click the Storage tab.
2. Under File Volumes, select Quotas.
3. In the table that appears in the main window, expand the file volume for which
you want to edit a quota.
4. Select the quota you want to edit by clicking the row.
5. Select Actions > Edit Group Quota.
6. Selecting a group displays a dialog box in which you can see and change the
current settings applied specifically to that group.
