Perform the post-installation procedure.
Power supply unit
Located on the rear panel of the server is a single standard autoranging 650-watts PSU with PFC
(power factor correction) function.

PSU replacement warnings
Observe the following reminders to reduce the risk of personal injury from electric shock hazards
and/or damage to the equipment
•
Installation of the power supply unit should be referred to individuals who are qualified to service
server systems and are trained to deal with equipment capable of generating hazardous energy
levels.
•
DO NOT open the power supply unit. There are no serviceable parts inside it.
To replace the power supply unit:
1.
Perform the pre-installation procedure.
2.
Remove the default PSU.
Keep the three screws you removed in this step for installing the new PSU later.
a.
Disconnect the processor power cable, the system board power cable, and the PSU I

C cable
from the system board (CN15, CN21, and CN18 respectively), and then disconnect the
power cables of all installed drives from the PSU.
b.
Remove the PSU mounting screw located between the PSU fans.
c.
Remove the two PSU mounting screws located in the rear panel.
d.
Lift the PSU away from the chassis.
