WLAN module
To remove the WLAN module, use these procedures.

The WLAN module is located near the memory modules.
NOTE:
WLAN module appearance can vary.
Before removing the WLAN module, follow these steps:
1.
Prepare the computer for disassembly (

Remove the access panel (

Remove the optical drive (
).
4.
Remove the front bezel (
).
5.
Remove the WLAN module:
1.
Disconnect the antenna cables from the module (1).
NOTE:
The WLAN antenna cable labeled 1/MAIN connects to the WLAN module Main terminal. The WLAN
antenna cable labeled 2/AUX connects to the WLAN module Aux terminal.
2.
Remove the screw (2) that secures the module to the computer.
