Lift the rear edge of the system board (1) and swing it up and forward until it rests at an angle and clears
the system chassis rear panel.

Slide the system board (2) up and back at an angle and remove it from the system chassis.
To install the system board, reverse the removal procedures.
NOTE:
When replacing the system board, you must change the chassis serial number in the BIOS.
When replacing the system board, you must reprogram the SMBIOS information about the affected computer.
Failure to reprogram the board will result in eventual failure, such as an activation failure (need to reactivate the
system) or a system recovery failure.
Update SMBIOS information in Computer Setup.
