To view hub counter values in the Global Counters Screen in the Hub Console
Interface, perform the following steps:

From the Main Menu, type 1 and press

[Enter]

. The Hub Console

Interface displays the Hub Status and Counters Menu.

From the Hub Status and Counters Menu, type 4 and press

[Enter]

The Hub Console Interface displays the Global Counters Screen.

Watch for high levels of Collisions and Broadcast Packets. These counters
indicate potential overloads on your hub and your network.

Check any high values
that appear in the
counter list and then
check the time period
in which they were
recorded. A high value
in a short time period
may tindicate a
network problem.
