How Can I Create and Capture a
Double-Speed PRWS?

The digital channel add feature provides the ability to source signals with

higher frequencies than a single frontend channel can provide.

Assume your DUT has four high-speed input pins. The required data rate

exceeds the capability of your frontends.

Create a DUT input port with four terminals.

Set the port data rate.

Connect the four terminals to four digitally added connectors.
