How to Set Up a Port or Channel for Generated Signals

Setting Up Ports and Channels

HP 81200 Data Generator/Analyzer Platform User Guide, Revision 2.1

To restrict the display:

Open the

Show

menu.

Select only ports, data ports, pulse ports, pulse terminals, or

unconnected channels.

To change the FM factor of a single port or channel:

Click the corresponding radio button.

To change the FM factor of all ports or channels:

Click the Set All button of the desired FM factor.

This sets all ports, pulse terminals, or unconnected channels which

support that frequency to the chosen FM factor. All ports or channels

which do not support that frequency remain unchanged.
