If you have selected a pulse port or a terminal of a pulse port or a
channel that sources a pulse, there is an additional option:
– Frequency Multiplier : You can set the pulse frequency to a multiple
or fraction of the system clock rate.

The selection window shows the present Frequency Multiplier Range
(FMR). This is one of the global system parameters. It can be changed
for a whole data port or individual terminals connected to a pulse
port. All terminals of a data port have to have the same frequency. For
details refer to
“FMR and Blocklength Granularity” on page 31
.
How to Set Additional Generator Parameters
1 Click the second tab of the generator parameter window.
