Electrical connections
4.3.1 General information
All electrical connections must be carried out by a licensed
electrician.
For austria and Germany:
A wiring diagram is supplied with the boiler controls.
The diagram specific to the system must be observed.
An all pole main switch with a minimum contact spacing
of 3 mm must be fitted in the power supply line.
For Switzerland, the following applies:
For the electrical connection, the circuit diagram specific
to the plant must be observed!
The electrical connection is to be made in accordance
with the diagram supplied.
Fuse protection at least 16 a due to the operating
current of the pellet suction turbine!

4.3.2 Electrical connection
1. Dismantle the front cover:
-
Remove securing screw (8a, Figure 15).
-
Slide upper front cover (1, Figure 18) upwards and
remove.
2. Remove cover (2).
3. Remove protection plate (3) by releasing the two
screws on the support plate.
4. Remove front door (4) (Detail G, Page 15):
- Remove the front door (10) by lifting the hinge pin
(10a) on the top and bottom of the left side wall.
5. Take off the cover plate (5, Figure 18) by removing
the four self-tapping screws from the side wall.
6. Lift the controller box (6) as far as the stop, swing it
forward and then down.
7. Route the 230V and sensor/bus lines separately in the
cable ducts (7; front: Figure 18 and rear: Figure 19).
When routing the cables, ensure that the
cables do not touch any hot or sharp-
edged components and that they are not
damaged in any way.
8.
To fit the casing, follow the steps described above in
reverse order.
