Spraying line
The spraying line is made of stainless steel
pipe. The nozzle control has been designed as
pneumatic single nozzle control for all versions.
Section separation is achieved by combining the
control of several nozzle bodies.
The spraying line can be fitted with single or
multiple nozzle bodies.
Circulation system
Due to the permanent circulation of the biocata-
lytic solution through the complete folding boom
while the sprayer is switched off, spraying fluid
is permanently applied to the nozzle.
When switching on individual sections or the
entire spraying line for the first time, the biocata -
lytic solution is directly and well mixed available.
This circulation successfully prevents the forma-
tion of deposits and blockage.

Cleaning of nozzle pipe and nozzles
The spraying line is cleaned by the circulation
system. The suction side of the crop protection
sprayer is set to fresh water for this purpose. The
nozzle line is flushed with fresh water.
To clean the nozzles, all nozzles must be open
for approx. 3 sec.
