If the communication between the key and the vehicle is interrupted (See P.91) or if 
the  key  cannot  be  used  due  to  a  low  battery,  the  PEPS  system  and  the  wireless 
remote control functions will not be available. In this case, the following steps can be 
used to open the door or start the power system. 

 

  Locking and unlocking the doors 

 

 

Press  the  front  part  of  the  driver  side  door 
handle to tilt it, then pull the middle part and 
pull it out vertically.
