The KLN 94 utilizes latitude and longitude expressed in degrees, minutes,
and hundredths of a minute.  You may occasionally see a document
expressing latitude and longitude in degrees, minutes, and seconds.  This
table may be used to convert seconds to hundredths of a minute.
