Remove the flywheel with the rotor puller.

Remove the woodruff key.

Disconnect the alternator wire connectors.

Remove the two bolts attaching the stator and re·

move the stator.

NOTE:

• Do not remove the pulse generator from

the stator base.

•

Avoid damaging the stator coils.
