Remove all gasket material from the cylinder and

crankcase mating surfaces.

Place a new cylinder gasket on the crankcase.

Lubricate the cylinder and piston

with

2·stroke oil

and install the cylinder over the piston while

com

pressing the piston rings.

CAUTION:

void damaging the sliding swface of the pis

ton.
