Install and torque the fork inner bolt.

TORQUE: 15-30 N.m (1.5-3.0 kg-m,

11-22 ft-lb)

NOTE

Hold the fork tube in a vise, avoiding the

sliding surface.

INSTALLATION

Install the front forks.

Install and torque the fork bolts.

TORQUE: 40-50 N.m (4.0-5.0 kg-m,

29-36 ft-lb)

Tighten the fork pinch bolts.

TORQUE: 24-30 N.m (2.4-3.0 kg-m,

17-22 ft-lb)

Install the handlebar upper holders (Page 11-8).

lnstall the fronwheel (Page 11-12).

Install the brake caliper (Page 12-9).
