INSTALLATION
After installing breather heater tube C (1) and breather
heater B (2) to the breather heater (3), install the
breather heater in the breather heater insulator (4).
Install the breather tube insulator (1) to breather tube A
(2) so that the white marking (3) of the breather tube A
is faced upwards and the cutout (4) of the breather tube
insulator comes down.
Install the air intake joint insulator (1) to the air intake
joint (2).
Make sure that the air intake joint insulator is installed
correctly.
Install the air intake joint to the carburetor (page 6-7).
Install the breather heater (1) in the air intake joint (2).
Insert the breather tube A (3) with breather tube
insulator (4) installed, into the breather heater so that
the white marking of the breather tube A is hidden.
At this point, also install the breather tube insulator so
that it goes inside of the breather heater insulator (5).
There must be no clearance between the heater
assembly, air intake joint and breather tube insulator.
After installing the breather heater, be sure to adjust the
choke cable (page 6-19).
