8. Raise the Hog Head to the full “UP” and insert
the safety pin.
NOTICE:
THE FLOAT SWITCH MUST BE OFF BEFORE THE HOG ARM
CAN BE RAISED.
9. Turn the CLUTCH switch OFF to disengage the
UHP pump, blower and hydrostatic drive pump.
10. Turn the CHARGE PUMP switch OFF.
11. Make sure the truck engine is at idle speed with
the Transmission in neutral.
12. Turn the PTO switch OFF to engage the truck
drive system. Red SPLIT/PTO-IN lights turn
off and green DRIVE/PTO-OUT lights turn on.
13. Turn all other switches and dials on the control
panel to OFF or 0.
14. Shutdown the auxiliary engine to disengage
the water blasting hydraulic system.
15. Drain waste water from the vacuum canister.
Close the valve when draining is complete.
16. Release the parking brake and drive the truck
normally.
WARNING
WATERBLASTING COMPONENTS COULD BE ACTIVATED
ACCIDENTLY WHILE DRIVING IF THE AUXILIARY ENGINE IS
NOT SHUTDOWN. THIS COULD RESULT IN SEVERE DAMAGE
TO THE TRUCK AND/OR INJURY TO PERSONNEL.
ALWAYS MAKE SURE TO SHUTDOWN THE AUXILIARY
ENGINE BEFORE TRANSPORTING THE TRUCK.
