The device has an inbuilt tilt measurement. The angles are meas-
ured relative to the center of the earth.
n Click the “Refresh” button ( Fig. 33/6) to perform a new
measurement.
n Compare the 'set' angles with the 'measured' pitch angle
( Fig. 33/1) and yaw angle ( Fig. 33/2).
n Click the “Adjust angles” button ( Fig. 33/5) to apply the meas-
ured angles.
n After applying the angles, the relative position of the device
( Fig. 33/4) to the monitored area ( Fig. 33/3) is updated in the
picture.
Activate the “Edit” button ( Fig. 34/1) to define the floor area
( Fig. 35/3) in the live view or to define the height .
The height is the distance between the device level and the floor
level. The floor area is the range where people be tracked and
counted. Static objects like walls or seats has to be left out the floor
area.
