In Connection Status all radio components are listed with a time stamp and a status dot.

The time stamp indicates when the last cyclic message of the radio component was issued via the

If the time stamp is older than specified in the message cycle, it means the radio component has a poor radio/wireless
connection to the
heatapp! gateway
. Wireless coverage is inadequate.
Note
If the wireless coverage is inadequate, the position of heatapp! gateway,
heatapp! repeater
and
heatapp! floor
aerial must be
checked. Sometimes, another orientation or position of the
heatapp! gateway
or repeater is sufficient to ensure adequate
wireless coverage.
