4 Planning and installation – Installing the heating system

14.

Bolt the crossbeams onto the cleaning shaft lid with the two
middle 10 mm M12 hexagon socket screws (3).

Tighten the star-grip screw (1).

The automatic cleaning system is installed.

CLEANING

SYSTEM

16.

Unscrew the two shaped studs and the two Phillips-head screws
from the cover (1).

17.

Remove the cover (1).

18.

Lay the cable of the cleaning system motor and the limit switch
along the insulation in the cable duct (2).

19.

Push the two cables through the cable duct up to the opening
next to the circuit board on the back side of the boiler.

20.

Connect the plug of the cleaning system to the board.

21.

Mount the cover in the reverse sequence.

The cleaning system is now connected.

✓

The automatic cleaning system is installed.

Tighten the two hexagon socket screws of the cleaning shaft lid.
Then turn the screws a quarter-turn back in the opposite direction.

When laying the cable, ensure that there is enough cable for the
cleaning shaft lid to be opened.
