If your pin-to-pin headstay length is one of the dimensions shown below, no special length top foil is needed.
A full length 7' (2.13 m) foil is used as the top foil.

You will use a recessed top connector (page 24 - 25).

Do not cut 24" (610 mm) bottom foil.

Shorten the bottom foil 5" (127 mm) and drill screw
