Exchange of thread adjusting spring

                                         3-3-10

 

1. Referring to [3-2-1 Exchange of crank], remove Front 

cover. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

2. Remove Thread guide ass'y. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

3. Insert (-) screw driver as picture below and slide the thread 

guide to arrow marked direction, then you can remove the 

thread guide. 

  

  

  

  

  

  

  

  

  

  

 

4. Remove Thread adjusting plate and Thread adjusting 

spring. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

5. Exchange thread adjusting spring. 

    

Set the thread adjusting plate and thread adjusting spring 

to same position as picture below. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

6. Put removed parts back in reverse order.
