Setting up Alarms
Decide how many alarms will be used. Each alarm has a programmable name, trigger source,
SMS text, 3 telephone numbers and the ability to activate or deactivate a control.
For example, let’s set up Alarm 1 as follows, based on the Status Inputs entered in a previous
example:

Trigger Source:
Door Switch
Trigger Level:
“ON” i.e. trigger when source is “ON” or active

If not already displayed, access the “Change Setup” page as described in “Setting up an
Illuminator or the first time” earlier in this document.
Click on “Change Alarm 1 Settings”.
Fill in the form with the details above.
NOTE: Trigger source is selected from the drop-down list. The list will display all available
inputs identified with their user-programmed names. All unused alarms should be disabled by
selecting “DISABLED” from the list.
If you don’t need all 3 telephone numbers, simply leave the appropriate fields blank.
You can exit at any time without making changes by clicking the “Cancel” link.
Save the new values by clicking on the “Save” button.
