The transponder antenna can be parameterized via the service interface. To be able
to call up the service interface, a connection to the antenna must be established via
the USB interface. Then a terminal program must be started, see 8.1 „Connecting
the Antenna to a Computer“ on page 27 and 8.2 8.2 „Configuring the Terminal Pro
gram“ on page 28. The basic menu can then be called up in the terminal program.
This allows you to configure the antenna menu-driven.
9.1 Starting the Service Interrface
As soon as the PC is connected to the antenna via the USB interface and the termi
-
nal program is running, the space bar can be used to trigger the rebuilding of the
main menu. The menu shown in Figure 15 on page 31 is then displayed.

NOTICE
Reduced positioning accuracy due to incorrect values
Incorrect threshold values can cause the antenna to be out of tune so that
transponders are no longer read correctly.
If possible, make a note of the values before you adjust them so that you can
restore the original state if problems occur.
