Cleaning

Model: WOG-MP-VH

1. Follow the Normal Shut-Down procedure, see

Section

5.08

2. Remove the Drain Extension pipe

①

3. Disconnect Hose and remove the Filter Pan

②

4. Using the provided Crumb Scoop, remove the

accumulated filter residue from around the edges of

the Hold-Down Frame

③

and from filter media

surface.

5. Rotate all four (4) Levers

④

to disengage Hold-Down

Frame from the Filter Pan. Lift and remove Frame

from Pan; wash, rinse and dry thoroughly.

6. Grasp one end of the top soiled piece of Filter Paper

media

⑤,

carefully roll up and discard.

7. Grasp bottom sheet of paper media

⑥

at both ends,

remove from Pan.

DO NOT

tear or puncture; retain

the sheet for reuse.

9. Remove the ribbed media Support Screen

wash,

rinse and dry thoroughly.

10. Thoroughly clean and dry the Filter Pan

. Be sure

to remove all water from the piping and hose.

11. Reassemble the Filter Pan. Use one (1) new fresh

sheet of paper media on bottom

and place the

retained used bottom sheet

on top.

12. Reposition Filter Pan Assembly in Fryer cabinet.

Reinstall the Drain Extension pipe

Discard top

soiled sheet.

Retain the

bottom sheet.

New sheet

cleaning of the Filter Pan and refreshing the paper filter media. This is considered a

minimum to keep the filtration system operating at optimum performance.
