Heats cooking oil to the set cooking temperature.

Hi-Limit Temperature

Probe

Connects to the Safety Thermostat. If probe detects that the cooking oil has

reached 425

F, or higher, the Safety Thermostat will turn

OFF

power to the

Heating Elements and the red Hi-Limit Indicator Light on the Control Panel will

turn

Variable Temperature

Probe

Connects to the Cooking Controller and senses actual cooking oil temperature so

that Controller can regulate temperature to the setpoint.

Oil Return Fitting

Cooking oil being returned to the Cooking Vat from the Filter Pan during the

filtration process is discharge through this fitting.

Basket Hanger

Holds the Cook Baskets out of the cooking oil for loading fresh product, or for

draining cooked product after cooking is done. Easily removeable for cleaning.

Cook Basket

Contains product while for cooking.

Basket Rack

Provides a rest for the Cook Baskets, preventing them from touching the Heating

Elements.
