Description:

Sets the center for a Ramp Frequency Sweep to

[HZ | KZ | MZ | GZ], where

is the

center frequency (a decimal number with possible decimal point and/or exponent) and [HZ

| KZ | MZ | GZ] is the units in which the frequency is expressed. No terminator implies Hz.

If a Ramp Frequency Sweep was not running, starts it running; if it was running, restarts

the sweep.
