Series 12000A Microwave Synthesizers
3-60
Publication 31231, Rev J, October 2003
DF
Syntax:
DF
d
[HZ | KZ | MZ | GZ]
Example:
DF 5 GZ
! Activates Ramp Sweep with a 5 GHz Delta Sweep
Description:
Sets the center for a Ramp Frequency Sweep to
d
[HZ | KZ | MZ | GZ], where
d
is the
center frequency (a decimal number with possible decimal point and/or exponent) and [HZ
| KZ | MZ | GZ] is the units in which the frequency is expressed. No terminator implies Hz.
If a Ramp Frequency Sweep was not running, starts it running; if it was running, restarts
the sweep.
FA
Syntax:
FA
d
[HZ | KZ | MZ | GZ]
Example:
FA 5 GZ
! Set the Ramp Frequency start to 5 GHz
Description:
Sets the start frequency for a Ramp Frequency Sweep to
d
[HZ | KZ | MZ | GZ], where
d
is
the frequency (a decimal number with possible decimal point and/or exponent) and [HZ |
KZ | MZ | GZ] is the units in which the frequency is expressed. No terminator implies Hz. If
a Ramp Frequency Sweep was not running, starts it running; if it was running, restarts the
sweep.
If the FA command is sent with no variable it makes the Ramp Frequency Sweep start
frequency the active variable. If a Ramp Frequency Sweep was not running, starts it
running; if it was running, restarts the sweep.
FB
Syntax:
FB
d
[HZ | KZ | MZ | GZ]
Example:
FB 8 GZ
! Set the Ramp Frequency stop to 8 GHz
Description:
Sets the stop frequency for a Ramp Frequency Sweep to
d
[HZ | KZ | MZ | GZ], where
d
is
the frequency (a decimal number with possible decimal point and/or exponent) and [HZ |
KZ | MZ | GZ] is the units in which the frequency is expressed. No terminator implies Hz. If
a Ramp Frequency Sweep was not running, starts it running; if it was running, restarts the
sweep.
If the FB command is sent with no variable it makes the Ramp Frequency Sweep stop
frequency the active variable. If a Ramp Frequency Sweep was not running, starts it
running; if it was running, restarts the sweep.
FC
Syntax:
FC
d
[S | MS | US]
Example:
FC 25 MS
! Set the Ramp Frequency Sweep time to 25 ms
Description:
Sets the time for a Ramp Frequency Sweep to
d
[S | MS | US], where
d
is the frequency (a
decimal number with possible decimal point and/or exponent) and [S | MS | US] is the units
in which the frequency is expressed. No terminator implies seconds. If a Ramp Frequency
Sweep was not running, starts it running; if it was running, restarts the sweep.
If the FC command is sent with no variable it makes the Ramp Frequency Sweep time the
active variable. If a Ramp Frequency Sweep was not running, starts it running; if it was
running, restarts the sweep.
