Note

You will hear the ventilation fan of the oven run for some minutes after operation, 

ensuring that the electronic parts of the oven are still cooled. We recommend to 

leave the oven cool down after each operation with the oven still connected to the 

power supply. This will ensure that the inner parts of the oven are still cooled via 

the ventilation fan at the rear of the oven, avoiding overheating.

10.  You should leave the oven connected to the power supply for approx. 10 

minutes. Then unplug the appliance. With the appliance cooled down com-

pletely, wipe the heating compartment using a soft damp cloth. Thereafter the 

appliance is ready for use.

Note

You can switch off the oven (standby mode) at any time using the ON/OFF 

button. To switch to standby mode during operation, hold the ON/OFF button 

pressed until a signal sounds, then press the ON/OFF button again.

. Your new Design Bistro Oven Bake & 

Grill is intended for cooking edible food. For this, the heating elements on top and 

bottom of the heating compartment are heated by electricity and may reach red 

heat. The parts of the oven, including the exterior as well as the cooking accesso-

ries used, and the food can be heated to very high temperature. Use care, when 

removing your food. Protect your hands with oven gloves and use the provided 

handles to avoid burns and scalds.

Be careful when opening the oven door. Large amounts of steam and very hot air 

could escape from the heating compartment and cause serious burns on face or hands.
Do not leave any foreign objects (e.g. knives, spoons, other cooking utensils) in the 

heating compartment, to avoid risk of fire, electric shock, burns, or damage. Always 

ensure that cooking utilities and pieces of food do not touch the heating elements. 

Always handle with care.

Important:

 Ensure that the crumb tray is in place at the bottom of the heating 

compartment before operating the oven.
