Using the Rotisserie Spit
The provided rotisserie spit may be used with all programs of the oven. However,
you should select the program Chicken to activate the integrated rotor drive. Only
with the program Chicken your food will be turned slowly during cooking for getting
an even browning.
Important:
Fasten loose pieces (e.g. legs and wings) of your food securely to the
rotisserie spit to ensure that your food will not touch the heating elements during
operation. For this, ensure to use heat-resistant and non-treated natural cord (e.g.
hemp) or heat-resistant and food-save clamps and skewers.
CAUTION:
Ensure that no parts of your food and/or the utilities used for fixing
your food to the rotisserie spit will fall onto the heating elements.
Note
For using the rotor drive, you need to select the program Chicken. You can chan-
ge any settings of this program according to your requirements. However, these
settings will not be kept in memory and get lost as soon as the program is finished
or cancelled.
Using the Pizza Stone
For baking pizza, we recommend to use the pizza stone. In combination with the
program pizza, you can get a crispy pizza base with juicy toppings. Place the pizza
stone on the grilling rack and insert it into the centre shelf slot. If you expect juices
dripping from the pizza stone, you may push the baking pan into the bottom shelf
slot to collect the juices, protecting the heating elements and crumb tray.

Using the program Custom (user-defined), you can save your own settings for later use.
