TEMPERATURE KEY
Adjustable from 0 °C to 270 °C
Temperature default value: 100 °C
During a cooking cycle you can modify the set values by
and the value setting operation is repeated.
COOKING TIME
Adjustable from 0.00 to 9.59
default value: 000
Keep the key pressed to activate the preheating fun-
ction, described above.
Select the cooking time value in hours and minutes
using + and -.

PREHEATING
Keep the time key pressed to activate the preheating
function.
The preheating function is activated if the oven is in ma-
nual operation or during the creation/variation of the
display shows the message “PRE ”.
If you start the cooking by pressing the START key the
oven starts to work and once the set temperature value

is reached, the oven rings until its door is opened.
When the door is closed again, if the oven was running
a program, the following stage of the same program is
automatically started; if, instead, the oven was in manual
operation, the values are zeroed and the user is back to
the initial value setting stage.
By pressing the time key again you make the display turn
back to 000, the preheating is disabled.
HUMIDIFICATION / DRYING KNOB
Default 00

Using the +
Using the - key, once the value on the display is brought
back to 0, the drying LED turns on and you can set the
desired chimney opening percentage.
The higher the percentage, the more the chimney stays
open (100% total opening of the chimney).
